Publishing Ethics

The Center’s journals adhere to the principles and guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). They are committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and ethical conduct in scholarly publishing. All parties involved in the publication process, including authors, editors, and reviewers, are expected to act in accordance with internationally recognized ethical standards and to avoid all forms of academic misconduct.


Peer Review Statement:

All submissions undergo a formal double- blinde peer review process at least 2 reviewr in accordance with the journal’s review policy.


Plagiarism and Publication Malpractice:

our journals does not tolerate plagiarism, duplicate submission, data fabrication, or any form of publication malpractice.


Conflict of Interest:

Authors, editors, and reviewers are required to disclose any potential conflict of interest.


Corrections and Retractions:

The Center's journals issue corrections, expressions of concern, or retractions where necessary to protect the integrity of the scholarly record.


Complaints and Appeals

Complaints and appeals are handled fairly, confidentially, and in accordance with the journal’s established procedures.

Responsibilities of Authors

Authors are expected to submit original work, avoid plagiarism and duplicate submission, disclose any conflicts of interest, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of their research.

Editors are responsible for making fair, unbiased, and independent editorial decisions based on scholarly merit, relevance, and ethical compliance.


Responsibilities of Reviewers

Reviewers are expected to treat manuscripts confidentially, provide objective and constructive evaluations, disclose any conflicts of interest, and assist editors in maintaining the quality of published research.
